Mission

The Training Work Team will:

• Analyze and define the problems associated with training targeted children and those who assist them;
• Provide or arrange education for the children, parents, professionals and volunteers; and
• Develop a strategic plan to eliminate training obstacles, and thus provide more competent services.

Vision

Professionals and community volunteers who work with targeted children are knowledgeable, accountable, and able to effectively represent the best interests of these children and adolescents. Children who leave the system will have the necessary skills to live successful independent lives. There are strategic partnerships with government at all levels, the private sector, nonprofit service providers and community volunteers to make that happen.
