Volunteer Position : Special Project Volunteer

Agency: Dallas Children's Advocacy Center

General summary of volunteer project:
Assist with public relations by informing membership and the community through the use of special talents such as writing, photography, art, computer skills, etc. Assist with special or seasonal events.

Time commitment: Hours per week: 1-7 hours 
Hours per month: 1-35 hours

Length of commitment: Flexible

Location: 3611 Swiss Avenue (Mapsco #45M)

Specific volunteer responsibilities:

1. Assist with special event coordination.
2. Create written material and correspondence.
3. Provide support to our Public Relations staff.
4. Use special talents as needed.

Volunteer qualifications:

1. Good written and oral communication skills.
2. Ability to work with the public.

Training provided:

1. 2 hours training at our 3611 Swiss Avenue Location.
