Volunteer Position: Playroom Volunteer

General summary of volunteer project:
Assist the children in play activities while they wait for interviews, therapy or foster care arrangements. Over 1,800 children came through the Center in 2003.

Time commitment: Hours per week: 1-6 hours Hours per month: 1-30 hours

Length of commitment: One year

Location: 3611 Swiss Avenue (Mapsco #45M)

Specific volunteer responsibilities:

1. Assist the children in play activities in the Center's playroom.

Volunteer qualifications:

1. A love of working and playing with children.

Training provided:

1. 2 hours training at our 3611 Swiss Avenue location.
