Mission

The Government Policies and Procedures Work Team will:

• Analyze and define the problem associated with delayed and uncoordinated policies and procedures for targeted children;
• Determine the root cause of ineffective policies and procedures; and
• Develop a strategic plan to improve the process and to remove the systemic barriers.

Vision of Success

Dallas has an efficient, coordinated system that values a positive outcome for the targeted children. Government services are accessible, coordinated, and flexible to meet the needs of the targeted children and the agencies and volunteers that serve them. There are partnerships with government at all levels, the private sector, nonprofit service providers and community volunteers to make that happen.
